1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DigitalSelectAI platform (the "Service") accessible at https://digitalselectai.com, operated by DigitalSelectAI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
DigitalSelectAI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:
- Unified analytics dashboard for digital advertising campaigns.
- Integration with third-party advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube).
- AI-powered insights, keyword suggestions, and campaign recommendations.
- Automated reporting and data visualization.
- Campaign performance monitoring and alerts.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments

4.1 Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prices are exclusive of applicable GST/taxes.
4.2 Refund Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the service.
- No refunds for partial months or unused features.
5. Third-Party Integrations
DigitalSelectAI connects with third-party advertising platforms using OAuth 2.0 authorization:
5.1 Google Services
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, and YouTube integrations are subject to Google Terms of Service.
- Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- You can revoke access at any time via Google Security Settings.
5.2 Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Services
- Meta Ads integration is subject to Meta Terms of Service.
- We comply with Meta Platform Policy.
- You can revoke access via your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
5.3 YouTube API Services
- By using our YouTube integration, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Important: DigitalSelectAI is an independent platform and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Google, Meta, or YouTube. We access your data only with your explicit authorization.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of ad platform policies.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service (except via our official API).
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
- Use the Service to collect data about other users without their consent.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without a valid white-label agreement.
7. AI-Generated Content
DigitalSelectAI provides AI-powered keyword suggestions, ad copy suggestions, and campaign insights. Regarding AI features:
- AI suggestions are recommendations only and not guaranteed to produce specific results.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before use.
- We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from implementing AI suggestions.
- AI features may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve recommendation quality.
8. Data Ownership
- Your data: You retain full ownership of your advertising data, campaign data, and any content you upload.
- Our platform: We retain all rights to the DigitalSelectAI platform, software, design, and branding.
- Aggregated data: We may use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our services and generating industry benchmarks.
9. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via email.
- We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services (Google, Meta, YouTube APIs).
- Data sync may be delayed due to rate limits imposed by advertising platforms.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITALSELECTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Errors or inaccuracies in advertising data received from third-party platforms.
- Actions taken based on AI-generated suggestions or recommendations.
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect credentials.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DigitalSelectAI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights or ad platform policies.
- Any content you upload or actions you take through the Service.
12. Account Termination
- By you: You may cancel your account at any time from account settings.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days (recovery period), then permanently deleted.
- Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.
13. Intellectual Property
- The DigitalSelectAI name, logo, and all related trademarks are our property.
- The platform's source code, algorithms, and design are protected by copyright.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
- The language of arbitration shall be English.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 15 days before they take effect.
